Does doing nothing mean a waste of time?

It depends on the person and what they desire from life.
I know people that watch television and believe it is a great use of their time.
I know people that believe television is a complete waste of time.
What you desire from life will provide the direction that you walk. That walk will bring you in touch with many different life experiences.
You will see others on your journey walking in different directions. Some may look at you, believe you aren’t doing anything and believe that you are wasting your time. You may look at them and think the same thing. But we can never know what truly is or isn’t a waste of time for someone else. We can only know how we waste our time.
I love to go for walks and listen to house music on my headphones. It is very relaxing and peaceful. I am able to think clearly. My mind produces answers effortlessly to questions without me even thinking about the questions.
I’ve had people tell me that walking and listening to music is a waste of time. Of course, they always have things that they do with their lives that they consider to not be a waste of time.
I’ve learned to not judge people for how they choose to spend their time. Their time is their life. It is not infinite. It is finite. We all only have so much time to achieve our life goals.
If your goals require reflection and introspection, it is very important to take the time. You don’t need to run through life. It is important to slow down and relax.
Almost every highly successful person discovered something when doing “nothing”. Their brains were able to mentally provide knowledge and insight to them that helped to physically take their lives to the next level.
